The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to enter into a five (5) year agreement with a qualified Vendor to provide managed print services and equipment leases for RSU1.
Vendors are instructed to propose their most advantageous solution for RSU1 in accordance with the requirements and scope of work specified.
RSU1 seeks a qualified Vendor to implement and maintain a managed print services program covering the following components:
MFP / Desktop Printers / Copiers
Consumable supplies
Fix/Repair services
Staff training
End-user support Management of the print devices
