CELEBRATIONS!

Great things are happening at WCS!

  • Last Saturday was a big day for Woolwich Cheerleaders! Woolwich Little Wildcats, grades 3 & 4, Woolwich Junior Wildcats, grade 5, and Bath Middle School, which has Woolwich cheerleaders, were all #1 in their divisions! 

½ DAYS ON MARCH 26th AND 27th

We will be having 1⁄2 days of school on Thursday and Friday, March 26 & 27. Dismissal for students will

be at 12:00pm both days. School lunch will be a bag-lunch both days. If your child's destination is different on those days, please send in a note with them.

WOOLWICH KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS WANTED!

We are looking for Woolwich children who will be 5 years old on or before October 15, 2020, to join next year’s kindergarten class. If you have a child who fits the bill, please call Mrs. Pratt at 443-9739 to sign up for screening. Parent Information Night is May 20th at 6:00pm and screening will be May 28 and 29. Paperwork packets will be sent out in advance.  SPREAD THE WORD!

GETTING READY FOR 2020-21  C.H.O.I.C.E.S STUDENTS

Will your child be four years old on or before October 15, 2020? Interested in a FREE half-day Pre-K program? Get more information at the C.H.O.I.C.E.S Open House on Thursday, May 7th from 6:00pm - 7:00pm at the Woolwich Central School.

Applications will be accepted for the program’s lottery placement from 5/8/20 - 5/15/20 until 3:00pm.

The five participating sites are at Dike Newell, Woolwich Central School, Phippsburg Elementary School, Head Start and the Bath YMCA. Questions may be directed to Coordinator, Kate Brockett at kbrockett@rsu1.org
