Today, our carpentry students were honored to host members of the Bath Tech Rotary and Matt Stelzer from Hammond Lumber in the shop. Students learned about the history of Bath Tech building homes in our community and the partnership involved in order to make this happen. Since 1973, Rotary Club of Bath has been actively involved in funding the construction of these homes which will house local families. Once again, we would like to thank Hammond Lumber for presenting our morning carpentry students with the tools they will need to construct the current house and many more projects in the future. Bath Tech is very grateful for these connections for our students and look forward to many more.
