In the carpentry lab this month, our students have been actively constructing sheds. Hands-on projects like this allow students to gain essential trade skills, collaborate effectively as a team, and practice real-world problem-solving. Throughout the construction process, they receive comprehensive training in framing, flooring, roofing, and painting from start to finish. Beyond mastering these fundamental skills, acquiring practical construction experience empowers students to independently tackle future DIY tasks and home repairs.
