The third and final school flu shot clinic was held in January. If you gave permission to send a copy of the vaccine information to your child's Primary Care Provider, that has been done. The original paperwork is in your child's health record at school. If for any reason you need or would like a copy of this paperwork, please let the school nurse know.  Flu shots are now available for all age groups.  Click the H1N1 link FMI. Thank you.
